It\u2019s like a family.\u201d<\/p><p>That spirit of collaboration, combined with a deep-rooted people-first approach, gave her the foundation to learn, grow, and thrive. At SRA, \u201cpeople\u201d doesn\u2019t just mean clients and candidates &#8211; it includes the internal team that supports and drives everything forward.<\/p><h4>From Sales Assistant to Trusted Partner<\/h4><p>Elnoosh started at SRA as a Sales Assistant. Fast forward less than four years, and she\u2019s one of the top producers &#8211; working with clients she\u2019s partnered with for over three years.<\/p><p>\u201cThat was one of the biggest moments for me. I came a long way\u2026 and I made it.\u201d<\/p><p>Her ability to build and retain long-term relationships is a reflection of her transparency, consistency, and relentless focus on delivering value.<\/p><h4>Tech is a Tool &#8211; But Trust is Human<\/h4><p>Even in a world of automation and AI, Elnoosh believes there\u2019s one thing technology can\u2019t replace: human connection.<\/p><p>\u201cIt\u2019s not just about what\u2019s on the resume. It\u2019s about cultural fit, shared values \u2014 and AI can\u2019t capture that.\u201d<\/p><p>As a Client Growth Manager, she bridges that gap by deeply understanding both clients and candidates.
