This is a remote-first role for a driven business development professional with a passion for building strategic alliances and driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.

In this key position, you'll develop and manage high-impact partnerships, drive joint go-to-market strategies, and oversee partner performance. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on strategy, support partner enablement, and identify new growth opportunities across the US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic partner relationships across North America.
  • Identify and onboard new partners aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams on enablement and execution.
  • Track and report on KPIs, revenue growth, and partner performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform partnership strategy.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in tech/SaaS.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
