SRA Staffing is partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company in the Construction ERP space to hire a Marketing Manager.

Our client is part of a larger global software ecosystem with strong financial backing and is scaling aggressively across North America, the Middle East, and Australia.

They’re growing quickly (~40% YoY targets) and investing heavily in building out their marketing function.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where execution matters and strong performers can grow quickly.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

This is NOT a traditional marketing coordinator role.

This role is built for someone who wants real ownership over campaign execution and pipeline generation.

You’ll help scale marketing execution while working closely with senior leadership and helping build a larger marketing function over time.

You may also join during a major growth phase as the company hires a Senior Director of Marketing.

• 4–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience  
• Construction software OR adjacent ERP/software experience  
• Strong campaign execution experience  
• HubSpot/CRM/automation experience  
• Comfortable owning multiple campaigns simultaneously  
• Strong analytical mindset  
• Experience supporting pipeline growth
