Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise MES / ERP)

Location: Canada (GTA preferred) | Hybrid preferred | Remote considered
Compensation: $270K–$300K CAD OTE


We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive to join a specialized enterprise software company focused on manufacturing and industrial environments.

This is not a typical SaaS AE role.

You’ll be selling a mission-critical MES / ERP platform into complex operations, working on multi-million dollar deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.


What makes this role different:

  • $2M–$3M average deal sizes

  • 9–18 month enterprise sales cycles

  • Existing pipeline in place (real shot at hitting OTE in Year 1)

  • Mix of existing account expansion and new logo sales

  • Opportunity to step in and help shape the sales motion


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning full-cycle enterprise sales (discovery → close)

  • Managing and advancing active opportunities

  • Building pipeline through targeted outreach

  • Selling into operations, IT, and executive stakeholders

  • Leading high-level demos and commercial discussions

  • Expanding existing customers across sites and initiatives


What we’re looking for:

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience

  • Experience selling ERP, MES, manufacturing, or similar complex software

  • Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals

  • Experience selling software + services / implementation

  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-ownership environment


Nice to have:

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience

  • Exposure to plant-level systems or operations workflows

  • Experience navigating RFP-driven sales cycles
