Role Overview:
SRA Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support critical infrastructure and telephony modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and vendor teams to document requirements and ensure seamless configuration and implementation of enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for intelligent network and infrastructure projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to produce solution designs, specifications, and project documentation.

Work with IT and vendor teams to configure and support Cisco Contact Centre solutions, including call routing logic, agent skill groups, and queue management.

Participate in the vendor evaluation and rollout of SmartTAP call recording solutions.

Liaise with business and IT teams on Microsoft 365 feature enablement, policies, and governance.

Develop user stories, test scenarios, and feedback loops for conditional access policies and telephony enhancements.

Support operations in IP telephony environments across enterprise and plant settings, ensuring compliance and reliability.
✅ Mandatory Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams governance and policy creation.

Strong background in Cisco telephony environments (Jabber, Contact Centre, IP phones, room devices).

Hands-on experience with SmartTAP and enterprise call recording systems.

Experience designing and supporting critical communication systems in industrial/power plant environments.

Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions.
Education & Certification:

Business Analyst-related education and/or certifications preferred.

Local candidates only – must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK approximately 2 days per week.
