Growth Account Executive
Remote – United States or Canada
SRA Staffing is recruiting for a Growth Account Executive on behalf of a growing construction and market intelligence platform backed by a larger global software ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales role focused on helping customers better understand construction activity, contractor trends, permit data, and market opportunities through web-based tools, datasets, and data solutions.
The company already benefits from meaningful inbound interest and established market visibility, while still looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, and owning opportunities from first conversation through close.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• SaaS, technology, data, analytics, or related solution selling experience
• Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline independently
• Strong discovery, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to explain technical or data-focused products in business terms
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Compensation
• Approx. $65K USD base / $90K CAD equivalent
• Approx. $125K USD OTE / $160K+ CAD equivalent
• Benefits + additional bonus potential
Location
• Fully remote across the U.S. and Canada
• Excluding Quebec due to payroll setup requirements
• Approx. 10–15% travel across North America
