Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and Salesforce administrators to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine the backlog with Agile best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and integrations to enhance business processes.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide product demos and training as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Product Owner, or Salesforce App Builder) are a plus.
