SRA’s journey started in Toronto and found its epicenter in North America, where our market presence thrives. Steering the course of our business operations to India, stands as our backbone, skillfully managing back-office operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Can you highlight specific achievements or milestones in each region that have significantly impacted SRA’s success?

In North America, SRA has earned the distinction of being one of the top task-based Information Technology Agencies for the Ontario government. As a vendor, our presence has extended to significant collaborations with major banks.

In India, achieving operational independence, especially in local markets, has been a game-changer. The training and development of competent leads has been pivotal, in contributing significantly to our success.

Operating in different continents comes with unique challenges. What strategies has SRA employed to navigate these challenges effectively?

Managing time differences remains a persistent challenge. We are yet figuring out ways for our India team to have dinner with families, we’ll get there.

How do the North American and Indian offices collaborate to ensure a seamless workflow and exchange of expertise?

To ensure a seamless workflow and the exchange of information, SRA leverages various tools and platforms. Our teams utilize communication channels like WhatsApp for instant connectivity and Trello for streamlined project management, we also rely on Microsoft Teams for instant work calls. No matter whether we’re in the same building or miles apart, these tools help us get our work done faster and more efficiently.

We recognize the strength in our differences and thrive on the unique perspectives each team brings. Rather than enforcing cultural integration, we celebrate the diversity that makes our workplace vibrant and dynamic.

SRA is set to embark on an exciting journey of growth and expansion. Plans include strategic acquisitions in Ottawa, the US, Middle East, UK and South Africa.
